Over on my other site I wrote a post a few months about about how you can become a missionary in YWAM. I looked at five different options, including:
- Mission Adventures
- Discipleship Training Schools
- Business as Missions
- School of Frontier Missions
- Joining Staff in YWAM
You can read more about these five different ways to do missionary work with YWAM here.
Three weeks in April and May will see YWAM Staff from all over the globe gather together in Uganda for three purposes:
- Tell the Amazing Stories of What God is Doing
- Connect YWAMers Globally and Prevent Isolation
- Build Relationship-Based Partnerships to Serve through Communication
The conference consists of BCW (Basic Communication Workshop), CRIT (Communication, Research and Information Technology) and a StoryTellers trip.
You can read more about the upcoming conference here.
The YWAM Outreach to Bangkok, Thailand’s red-light district is currently needing staff for it’s ministry to the sex workers and clients there. The MST Project who runs the outreach is looking for male and female long term staff, videographers and administrative staff. The pre-requisite for staff there is the completion of a YWAM DTS.
