I got an e-mail this week saying that the new 2010 YWAM Personal Prayer Diary is now available from YWAM Publishing.
The Youth With A Mission Prayer Diary and Daily Planner has been published for the last 30-years. It’s goal is to help Christians to journal their prayer times and Bible reading, organize their schedules, and help them to pray for the nations.

Andy Frecka went to Russia in 1999 with Youth With A Mission (YWAM). He spent nine years there where he got married, had four kids and tells the whole story in a very humorous way in his book “Winter Road: Journey of a Russian Mission”.
It’s apparently not a very long book, at only 280 pages, and is a very capturing read. It captures a lot of different adventures during his time in the city of Perm, near the Ural Mountains, including buying a car, boiling snow for food, working with a local group of prisoners, and more.

The guys over at photogenX have recently published a book called “Sex + Money: A Global Search for Human Worth”. The book is about the global slave trade and was put together by a team of YWAM students from eight different nations. They travelled through 20 different nations and collected the photographs and stories from the trip and made it into this book.
